In Empires and Allies, Government Buildings are very important therefore you have to look after your buildings. Friends working in these buildings must be responsible and punctual tending the buildings. If the people who are working in the building will not visit and take the bonuses from the buildings, they will hurt the owner of the empire. 

I have seen my neighbours who have put their buildings on the other lands instead of keeping the buildings on their main land. The main land is the one that you had at the beginning when you started the game. Expansion are not your main land. I have seen one of my neighbour who has put all his Farms on the Main Land now when I visit his empire all I can see there is the Farms, I have to give a lot of time to tend his buildings. No one has much time for it. Therefore the buildings must be at an easy place where people should find them easily to tend them first then something else. For me acceleration is nothing but my buildings are more important to me because building give coins. If my friends are tending my buildings instead of other work I am more than happy. How it works I am going to try to make you understand the system.Every building has 10 levels. What are these levels please understand carefully. So you can check your buildings' level clicking on them and see how many people are tending. if you see that some people are not visiting you daily, send then reminders.
